안녕하세요, 담소라입니다. 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침을 아래와 같이 개정합니다. 개정 내용은 2026년 10월 12일부터 시행됩니다(4번 항목은 10월 29일부터). 1. 회원가입 가능 연령 (이용약관 제5조, 개인정보처리방침) - 만 16세 이상 → 만 18세 이상으로 변경합니다. - 담소라는 성인 파트너와 1:1 화상 대화를 나누는 서비스로, 이용자 보호를 강화하기 위해 가입 연령을 성인 기준으로 조정합니다. - 신규 가입 화면의 연령 기준은 오늘부터 만 18세로 운영합니다. 이번 변경으로 이용이 제한되는 기존 회원은 없습니다. 2. 수집 항목 표기 보완 (개인정보처리방침) - 선택 입력 항목인 '국가(국기)'와 '관심 주제'를 수집 항목 표에 명시합니다. 이미 선택 입력으로 받던 항목을 표에 추가하는 것으로, 새로 수집하는 정보는 없습니다. 3. 화상통화 기록 항목 명시 (개인정보처리방침, 9월 28일 추가) - 화상통화 서비스 제공업체(LiveKit)가 통화 연결과 품질 관리를 위해 남기는 통화 접속 기록(회원 식별자·표시 이름, 입장·퇴장 시각, 기기 종류, 통화 품질 정보, 접속 IP 주소와 이를 통해 판별한 접속 국가)을 수집 항목에 명시합니다. - 국외 이전 항목의 통화 중계 서버 소재국(미국·일본 등)과 보유 기간을 바로잡고, 이전 시기·방법을 명시합니다. 종전부터 남던 기록으로, 새로 수집하는 정보는 없습니다. 4. 개인정보처리방침 변경 공지 기준 정비 (제11조, 10월 29일 시행) - 변경 전: 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 서비스 내 공지 - 변경 후: 수집 항목·이용 목적·제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전의 추가나 변경처럼 이용자의 권리에 영향을 주는 변경은 시행 7일 전까지 공지하고, 법령상 동의가 필요한 변경은 별도로 동의를 받습니다. 오탈자 수정·연락처 변경처럼 권리에 영향이 없는 변경은 게시와 함께 시행할 수 있습니다. - 이 항목은 종전 기준(불리한 변경은 30일 전 공지)에 따라 10월 29일부터 시행됩니다. 이번 개정의 변경 전·후 비교표는 개인정보처리방침 제11조에서 보실 수 있습니다. 개정 전문은 서비스 하단의 이용약관·개인정보처리방침 페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 개정 내용에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 시행일 전까지 탈퇴하실 수 있으며, 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 개정 내용에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다. 문의: support@damsora.com 감사합니다. 담소라 드림 [English] Hello from DAMSORA. We are updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as follows. The changes take effect on 12 October 2026 (item 4 on 29 October 2026). 1. Minimum age to create an account (Terms Section 3, Privacy Policy) - The minimum age changes from 16 to 18. - DAMSORA connects you with adult partners in 1:1 video conversations, so we are raising the minimum age to adults to better protect our users. - New sign-ups already use the 18+ age check from today. No existing member is affected by this change. 2. Clarified list of data we collect (Privacy Policy) - We now list "country (flag)" and "interests", optional fields you may already have filled in, in the table of collected data. We are not collecting any new information. 3. Video call records (Privacy Policy, added 28 September) - We now list the call connection records that our video-call provider (LiveKit) keeps to connect calls and monitor call quality: member identifier and display name, join/leave times, device type, call quality data, and your IP address and the country inferred from it. - We also correct the countries of its call relay servers (USA, Japan and others) and the retention period. These records were already kept before; we are not collecting any new information. 4. How we announce future Privacy Policy changes (Section 9, effective 29 October) - Before: material changes were communicated at least 30 days in advance. - After: changes that affect your rights (such as new data, purposes, recipients, processors or international transfers) are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, and we ask for your consent separately where the law requires it. Changes that do not affect your rights, such as typo fixes or updated contact details, may take effect when posted. - Under the previous rule of at least 30 days' notice, this change takes effect on 29 October. If you do not agree to the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
